## Required

- 4+ years product or UX design experience, with meaningful time on enterprise software or internal tools
- Advanced Figma proficiency with daily use and design library maintenance
- Ownership experience building and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and token files
- Strong rapid prototyping skills
- Demonstrated design judgment to evaluate solutions and make principled decisions
- Deep fluency in information architecture and interaction design for data-dense, task-oriented interfaces
- Ability to operate as sole designer and validate thinking independently
- Strong communication to engineers, managers, and non-design stakeholders
- Portfolio with process-driven case studies on complex, workflow-heavy products

## Nice to have

- Experience with Kendo UI for Angular or comparable component-based UI frameworks
- Experience managing Figma variables and semantic design tokens
- Background in content operations, media, broadcast, or specialized internal tool environments
- Structured, test-and-measure approach to design decisions and AI-augmented workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating design system building, maintenance, and evolution over time
