- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related STEM field with 3+ years of experience, OR Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience, OR PhD in a related field
- Experience in semiconductor processing, wafer-level assembly, or cleanroom environments
- Experience with process development methodologies and manufacturing process improvement
- Technical expertise in module engineering or fab process/hardware technology development
- Regular onsite presence

## Nice to have

- Strong metrology knowledge and development experience
- Experience with packaging processes or equipment automation development
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools for process optimization
- 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience
