- Systems thinking with understanding of data flow and integration points

- 12+ years total experience with 3-4+ years managing technical teams of 2-5 people
- 5+ years designing and scaling automated workflows, data pipelines, or system integrations
- Full-stack technical leadership with hands-on coding and design review capabilities
- Production-level proficiency in Python or similar language for automation and data transformation
- Experience designing or implementing AI-powered automation or LLM-based tooling in operations
- Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, Vanta, Drata, OneTrust, or RSA Archer
- Background in high-growth startups with ability to adapt to changing requirements
