- Experience with complex supply chain, manufacturing, technology, or commercial contracts
- Minimum 8+ years legal experience in aerospace, defense, government contracting, manufacturing, or technology
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- Experience supporting North America operations across multiple jurisdictions
