## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- 3–5 years of quality assurance, continuous improvement, or process engineering experience in manufacturing, food production, or high-volume fulfillment
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control
- Project management methodologies experience
- Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and GFSI food safety regulations
- Ability to spend 50% of time on warehouse floor in cold environments (36°F and below)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to warehouse staff

## Nice to have

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- SQF, BRC, or ISO 9001 implementation or maintenance experience
- HACCP certification
- SQF Practitioner certification
- Spanish language skills
