## Summary

Intuit is launching a new value-added reseller channel for its mid-market product suite and needs someone to take partner relationships from contract signature to their first three closed deals. You'll design a certification curriculum in sales, marketing, demos, and implementation, then coach partners through early deals as a player-coach while tracking cohort progress.

## Required

- 10+ years in partner enablement, channel sales training, or equivalent in SaaS/enterprise software
- Design and deliver partner-facing enablement programs, not just execute existing content
- Sales coaching experience: proven ability to help others sell and coach in real-time on deals
- Experience in or alongside channel sales or partner management functions
- Program management: run multiple concurrent partner cohorts with clear visibility and proactive escalation
- Strong written and verbal communication for curriculum, playbooks, and coaching materials

## Nice to have

- VAR partner enablement experience in ERP, accounting, or mid-market financial management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Advanced, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Intuit Services, or competitors
- Experience enabling AI-powered software platforms and agentic AI positioning
- Background spanning both sales and enablement, with quota-carrying experience
- Learning management system or partner portal implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
