## Required

- 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or equivalent role
- Experience with retail business processes including merchandising, pricing, promotions, or store operations
- Proven success managing product backlogs and writing user stories
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile planning tools
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with retail technology platforms or merchandising systems
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Store Commerce or comparable store systems
- Background supporting large-scale retail organizations
- Experience delivering solutions with Agile technology teams
