## Required

- 2–3+ years production experience in studio, live events, or equivalent training
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Technical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and audio gear

## Nice to have

- Interest in learning lighting board operation
- Experience with broadcast systems
- Experience with technical production workflows
