## Required

- 4+ years building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in cloud environments
- Proficiency with Go or strong readiness to ramp quickly
- Experience with CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and tooling for scaling a large monorepo
- AI-forward mindset and ability to connect technical experience with AI-driven development practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across the company
- Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, focused on data-driven improvements

## Nice to have

- Experience scaling GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Buildkite, or comparable systems
- Background in developer experience metrics (DORA, SPACE) and building instrumentation
- Experience operating a large Go monorepo and its tooling
- Familiarity with supply chain security, container ecosystems (OCI, Kubernetes), or open source communities
- Experience running stakeholder feedback loops with engineering teams
