- Demonstrated experience leading commercial negotiations with colocation providers including renewals, expansions, and pricing
- Understanding of colocation commercial constructs including leases, service orders, SLAs, and contractual obligations
- Experience managing colocation provider relationships across multiple regions
- Technical understanding of colocation infrastructure including power, cooling, resiliency, and capacity constraints
- Experience translating business or deployment forecasts into actionable infrastructure and capacity strategies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills managing complex datasets and global planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical, operational, financial, and business teams
