- Ability to engage deeply with technical teams on requirements and risks

- Data fluency to define metrics and drive decisions
- Experience leading multi-team programs through full lifecycle
- Risk management and escalation leadership
- Executive-ready communication across technical and organizational contexts
- Influence without authority across engineering and product leaders
- Proactive identification and mitigation of delivery, quality, and security risks

## Nice to have

- Experience leading platform, infrastructure, security, or large-scale product programs
- Experience driving launches with operational readiness and post-launch excellence mechanisms
- Background in cloud, networking, DevOps, reliability engineering, or cybersecurity
- Comfort partnering with architecture and technical leadership on strategy
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, AWS/Azure/GCP, or security certifications
