- 5+ years of product management with experience shipping a new B2B or prosumer product from zero to revenue
- understanding of teams and business monetization mechanics including pricing models and sales motions
- shipped features for organizations including permissions, admin, security, and compliance
- experience driving consensus and action in ambiguous spaces
- data-driven decision-making based on customer conversations and quantitative signals
- collaboration and influence across product, engineering, and sales teams

## Nice to have

- shipped collaboration, workspace, or admin/governance features for teams or businesses
- shipped a developer or platform product with strong intuition for platform primitives and developer experience
- familiarity with music industry, creative tools, content rights, or licensing
- background in computer science, engineering, or quantitative field
