- 8+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or security operations with team leadership experience
- Experience building and operating security programs in cloud-first environments
- Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint security, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud security
- Experience with compliance programs such as SOC 2, SOX, or similar frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, and executive leadership

## Nice to have

- DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, security automation, or AI security experience
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or cloud-native technology companies
