- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years relevant technical experience
- Experience authoring and executing test procedures
- Experience building complex fluid-mechanical systems
- Experience operating hazardous equipment with multiple energy sources
- Proficiency with basic office software
- Knowledge of safety standards and test hazards
- Ability to plan activities precisely and execute with minimal changes
- Willingness to mentor less experienced technicians

## Nice to have

- Associate's degree or trade certifications in aviation/automotive mechanics
- Familiarity with industry test standards like SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540D, MIL-STD-810G
- Knowledge of rocket engine components including pumps, valves, regulators, actuators, and fluid system components
- Preference for hands-on teamwork across product development and production phases
