This role leads system safety and reliability analyses for an innovative reusable space launch vehicle, working across engineering teams to define processes, identify risks, and improve vehicle-level reliability. ## Required

- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or similar field
- 5+ years of engineering experience on complex, high-reliability products
- Strong fundamentals of system safety
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Master's or PhD in aerospace engineering or similar field
- Experience with MIL-STD-882E system safety standards
- Experience with FAA launch/reentry licensing under 14 CFR Part 450
