- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong systems knowledge across compute, networking, and storage
- Experience with infrastructure automation, monitoring/observability stacks, and CI/CD pipelines

## Nice to have

- Deep experience with Kubernetes internals and operators
- Deep experience with VMs/hypervisors like QEMU/KVM and Kubevirt
- Deep experience with datacenter networking technologies
- Experience with Cluster API
- High-performance compute, networking, or storage work
- GPU virtualization and Infiniband experience
- IaaS or PaaS systems design
