## Required

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Full stack capability in statically typed backend language and frontend
- Experience building enterprise products with governance and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated work on scalability and performance bottlenecks
- API design experience with awareness of consequences of design decisions
- Ability to communicate directly with enterprise customers
- Comfortable working across time zones including EMEA
- Strong written communication for design documents and decisions

## Nice to have

- Experience with feature flags or similar infrastructure products
- Background in regulated industries
