- 10+ years of semiconductor fabrication or assembly manufacturing experience

- Experience leading quality programs and cross-organizational initiatives
- Experience managing major quality excursions and systemic improvements

## Nice to have

- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, substrate and test processes
