## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification (provided by employer)
- English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to walk and stand 8-10 hours on concrete
- Capable of lifting 5-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs, rarely up to 77+ lbs with assistance
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Experience with Power Industrial Vehicles beyond forklift
