## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field with 6+ years experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years experience
- Strong software engineering background building and operating data pipelines at scale
- Statistical analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Python development
- Experience with distributed data processing and ML frameworks
- Understanding of offline perception stack and pseudo-label data production

## Nice to have

- Experience with large-scale data delivery systems and quality control
