- Automated testing experience (e.g., Playwright)
- Quality-minded approach to engineering work
- Use of AI coding agents as a core part of development workflow
- Growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity with support

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience or curiosity with LLM tooling like LiteLLM applied to data enrichment or classification
- Third-party API integration experience or data ingestion pipeline work
- Python and/or Java knowledge
- Data modeling and database skills including PostgreSQL and schema design
- Experience modernizing or migrating legacy systems
- Distributed, event-driven systems knowledge
- Logging, observability, or cost awareness in cloud-native environments
- Scalable SaaS application experience
