## Required

- Significant production software engineering experience with services, integrations, data pipelines, and APIs
- Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic systems with LLMs
- Experience building with agentic coding tools like Claude or Codex
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineering stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous situations with prototypes over specs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer or solutions engineering experience at a company doing serious AI deployment
- Experience designing evals and observability for agentic systems in production
- Familiarity with MCP, tool-calling frameworks, or agent orchestration platforms
- Internal tooling background
