- 5+ years of workplace design, construction, commercial real estate, or related project experience
- Demonstrated experience managing office buildouts, tenant improvements, or renovations independently
- Understanding of design and construction processes from programming through occupancy and closeout
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to review and provide feedback on architectural drawings and design packages
- Working knowledge of construction terminology and procurement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, real estate, or engineering
- PMP certification
- LEED certification
- Other relevant professional certification
