## Required

- 8+ years building full-stack applications with strong frontend expertise
- Track record of zero-to-one work in startup environments
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience while remaining hands-on
- High design sensibility and attention to interaction detail and polish
- Modern web stack proficiency including complex client-side state and performance
- Ability to work in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- User-centric approach validated through actual user feedback
- Strong communication and ability to translate AI capabilities into intuitive experiences

## Nice to have

- Extensive experience with visual collaboration tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- UI/UX experience for AI-powered applications with close designer collaboration
- User research, interviews, and usability testing background
- Deep frontend expertise in canvas rendering, complex editors, or design-system tooling
- Experience with real-time collaborative applications or high-performance frontend interactions
