- 5+ years in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, assembly, materials/process engineering in aerospace, automotive or commercial industries
- Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (first shift 06:00-15:30, second shift 14:30-00:00)

- 7+ years in space systems
- Satellite manufacturing engineering knowledge
- Experience writing aerospace work instructions and procedures
- Hardware integration tools experience (NI LabVIEW, DAQ, power supplies, signal analyzers)
- Version control and software concepts (Python, C++, Linux)
- Statistics, data analysis, and business intelligence
- MRP/ERP and PLM systems experience
- CAD and engineering drawing proficiency
- Experience with union workforces
- Willingness to travel to launch sites
- Active security clearance
