- Practical knowledge of education and training delivery methods and practices
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Skill in conducting client interviews and assessments
- Ability to use computer software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or equivalent graduate education
- LL.B. or J.D. if related to the field
