## Required

- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or construction management
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, design/build, or management in aerospace or similar high-performance industries
- Knowledge of heavy-civil structural engineering including structural steel, reinforced concrete, deep foundations, mass excavation, and earthwork
- Project management experience with scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contracts, cost estimation, and field execution
- Experience executing large capital projects with cost-effective and expedient solutions
- Understanding of engineering construction drawings and construction means & methods
- Willingness to relocate to Moses Lake, WA and travel as required
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR requirement)

## Nice to have

- Experience in amusement park, oil & gas, heavy equipment, or energy systems projects
