- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting at network/system boundary
- Experience managing large environments with emphasis on reliability, automation, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to own issues independently

## Nice to have

- Azure, GCP, or hybrid-cloud systems administration experience
- Configuration management and orchestration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
- Enterprise backup compliance and retention policies familiarity
- Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting for automation and system health monitoring
