## Required

- Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
- Minimum 8 years in continuous improvement or similar role
- Portfolio of at least 20 significant projects
- Hands-on field orientation and ability to build trust with operations teams
- Significant industrial and new product/system development experience
- Fluent professional English
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Capacity to assert recommendations to management
- Direct implementation capability on the factory floor
- Pragmatic approach to concrete, measurable solutions
- Cross-functional leadership in complex multi-site environments
- Deliver project deliverables within 4 months with cost savings exceeding €500,000
- Achieve project on-time delivery (OTD) above 90%
