## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field
- 2+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing experience
- Hands-on manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting in production
- Understanding of chemical manufacturing principles
- cGMP working knowledge including documentation and compliance
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate GMP documentation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in dynamic environments
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with peptide synthesis, API manufacturing, or complex chemical processes
- Startup or fast-paced high-growth manufacturing environment background
- Process improvement execution and technical plan implementation
- Willingness to work flexible hours for manufacturing schedules
