## Required

- Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior television and live control room experience

- Strong news judgment and passion for breaking news and politics
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and new newsroom workflows
- Demonstrated curiosity about audience trends
