## Required

- 7+ years of PM experience on platform products at scale with distributed systems ownership
- Working knowledge of public cloud platforms, VPC architecture, IAM, Kubernetes, service mesh, CI/CD, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with operational data platforms including data lakes and schema design
- Experience with or strong understanding of AI/ML developer tooling and IDE-embedded AI
- Track record shipping platform products with measurable adoption across large engineering organizations
- Ability to define and operationalize company-wide measurement frameworks tied to executive goals
- Strong cross-org influence without authority to align teams around platform vision

## Nice to have

- Hands-on prototyping and contribution to innersource repositories
- Published thought leadership or external talks on platform design
- Experience with MCP servers or agent-based systems specifically
- Familiarity with load testing and chaos engineering practices
