## Required

- 8+ years expert-level data science and machine learning experience
- Advanced Python and SQL proficiency
- Deep knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost
- Ability to design end-to-end analytical and ML solutions from problem definition to production
- Production-ready analytics and ML systems experience on modern data platforms
- Advanced communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with SAP data landscapes including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and HANA Cloud

## Nice to have

- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform, AI Core, AI Launchpad, and SAP AI services
- Experience operating in Agentic AI contexts
- Proactive use of AI in everyday workflows
