- 6+ years IT experience supporting end-user compute in a corporate enterprise environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Knowledge of networking principles, topology, and protocols
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Servers
- Knowledge of desktop imaging
- Extensive hardware and OS troubleshooting expertise
- Expert-level Windows operating system deployment locally and remotely
- Exceptional Windows 11 knowledge
- Working knowledge of MacBook hardware and software
- Understanding of IP telephony setups and installations
- Understanding of conference room technologies
- Working knowledge of IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with senior leaders
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Associate degree in information services, computer science, or equivalent
- Must work in-office in Austin, TX
