## Required

- 15+ years enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience
- Track record of growth in Aerospace & Defense vertical
- Demonstrated success managing large complex portfolios ($10M–$50M+)
- Full-cycle enterprise deal leadership from origination through close
- Deep knowledge of Aerospace & Defense business drivers and cost management
- Multi-tower solution proficiency: applications, cloud, infrastructure, SAP, data analytics, security, managed services
- Ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, pipeline governance, and margin optimization experience
- Experience coordinating with global delivery teams including offshore models
- U.S. citizenship required

## Nice to have

- Experience with major defense organizations (RTX, Boeing, General Dynamics, GE Aerospace)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, SAP, and enterprise data platform solutions
- Experience managing competitive displacement and matrixed stakeholder ecosystems
- MBA or advanced degree
- Public Sector experience
