## Required

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in enterprise software, platforms, or fintech
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, or related technical field
- Experience working with Product Managers to define scope and document requirements
- Cloud-native application concepts, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of multi-tenancy concepts and tenant isolation
- Ability to document user journeys, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
- Experience defining enterprise UI requirements for configuration, administration, dashboards, and audit features
- Experience defining requirements for exception monitoring, notifications, operational metrics, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to decompose complex requirements and reconcile business needs with technical constraints
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across Product, engineering, architecture, QA, implementation, and operations
- Comfortable working in Agile Scrum teams including backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Ability to support testing, UAT, defect triage, and production issue analysis

## Nice to have

- Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, enterprise platforms, SQL, data models, or integration workflows
- Familiarity with Azure services, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, observability, feature flags, secrets management, or cloud security
- Financial services, investment management, or enterprise application experience, especially with configuration, controls, auditability, and shared platform services
