- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Science, or related field

- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning
- Experience with data visualization
- Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience challenging assumptions with data and driving organizational change

## Nice to have

- 5+ years in research, people analytics, or related quantitative fields
- Background specifically in recruiting analytics
