## Required

- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in data analytics or analytical role supporting legal, compliance, operations, or comparable function
- Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Quicksight, Qliksense, Excel, Looker, or Google Sheets)
- Hands-on experience with AWS suite and cloud-based data infrastructure
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and contributing to data lake/warehouse ecosystems
- Version control and collaborative development workflows using GitHub
- SQL working knowledge (Databricks SQL, Athena, or BigQuery)
- Ability to define and track success and anchor metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
- Project and time-management skills in fast-paced environment
- Proven initiative and independent work with proactive problem-solving

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT
- Experience with agentic AI, LLM-based assistants, or workflow automation platforms such as Tonkean
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to dive into new areas
