- Compliance with Federal and State financial institution regulations
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Identity Theft Red Flags, Elderly Abuse/Financial Exploitation, and robbery procedures
- Proficient operation of Teller Encore System, VSoft, Instant OFAC, OnBase, Quick Assist True Checks, Lobby Tracking, and Branch Appointments
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Ability to balance Cashier's Checks and Money Orders
- Receptionist duties including phone etiquette and rate updates

## Nice to have

- Proven relationship building, sales and servicing skills
- Thorough knowledge of CEFCU products and services
- Applicable college courses or commensurate experience
