## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years recruiting, HR, or People Operations experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace productivity tools
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proactive and collaborative mindset
- Work onsite in Kent, WA
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorization

## Nice to have

- Greenhouse ATS experience
- Rippling HRIS experience
