- Direct and indirect report management
- cGMP and quality systems knowledge
- Operational planning and project leadership experience
- Ability to manage complex, multi-priority environments
- Financial stewardship and resource planning experience
- Lean Six Sigma or structured problem-solving tool application
- Change leadership and coaching skills

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Small molecule or oral solid dose manufacturing experience
