- 8+ years inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations experience
- 5+ years leading inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing inventory in complex manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience implementing cycle count programs and inventory audits
- Experience managing large inventory volumes in high-volume production

## Nice to have

- Aerospace, satellite, electronics, automotive, or defense manufacturing background
- Knowledge of inventory accounting principles and valuation methods
- Experience with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems
- Lean manufacturing and warehouse optimization familiarity
- Serialized inventory and configuration-controlled hardware experience
- Experience scaling manufacturing operations in fast-growth organizations
