- Statistical methods knowledge
- Change Point Management experience
- Good presentation and technical writing skills
- Troubleshooting equipment or process failures
- Ability to wear cleanroom suit and PPE per protocol
- Ability to lift less than 35 lbs

## Nice to have

- Understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles
- Exposure to structured problem solving methods like 8D or 7-step
- Experience with data analysis software such as Spotfire, JMP, or Matlab
