## Summary

ConocoPhillips is hiring geology and geophysics graduate interns to interpret subsurface data and support exploration and development projects across their Alaska and Lower 48 operations. This role suits recent graduates pursuing advanced degrees in geoscience or related fields who want hands-on experience in hydrocarbon exploration, seismic interpretation, and prospect evaluation.

## Required

- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or closely related technical field
- Pursuing a Master's degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics, Applied Mathematics, or closely related technical field
- Graduate student status
- Expected graduation Fall 2027 or later
- Available to start mid-late May 2027
- Minimum 10 continuous weeks availability

## Nice to have

- Willing to relocate to Midland TX, Houston TX, or Anchorage AK
- Cumulative and major GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Previous internships or co-ops in energy sector
- Geology focus with strong analytical skills OR geophysics focus with strong geology skills
- Strong decision-making and ethical judgment
