- 7+ years software engineering experience
- 3+ years engineering management
- Manage 7+ engineers and leaders
- Define and execute technical vision aligned with business strategy
- Lead distributed cloud-based product development
- Experience with machine learning model deployment and lifecycle management
- Build and own data pipelines at scale including indexing and transformation
- Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD and microservices
- Stakeholder management and executive communication
- Synthesize complex technical information for leadership

## Nice to have

- Semantic search or dense vector retrieval experience
- Elasticsearch or OpenSearch expertise
- RAG pipeline familiarity
