## Required

- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years managing DevOps operations and tools
- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
- Docker experience including multistage builds
- Python and Bash scripting
- Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu)
- Agile and Scrum familiarity
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree
- Certifications in networking or security
- Kubernetes and managed container orchestration (EKS)
- Infrastructure-as-code and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform)
- DevSecOps practices (SAST, SBOM, IATT/ATO)
- Lab and test hardware management
- Embedded, robotics, UAS, or ROS build experience
- AI-assisted tooling proficiency
- Network hardware and protocol knowledge
