- US citizen (naturalized or native)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
- 10+ years technical project management on large-scale federal/public sector initiatives
- 5+ years leading SaaS development, migrations, and business/compliance/process improvement initiatives
- Understanding of SDLC, cloud environments, system architecture, and security
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance

## Nice to have

- Experience designing and executing technical projects independently
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with significant impact
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SaaS or platform engineering environment experience
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, SOC 2)
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
- Experience with Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
- Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
