- 1-2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- 1-2 years of sales operations or sales analytics experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or plan to obtain within first year
- Experience building or expanding a Salesforce organization or participating in major implementation
- Experience building flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and custom objects
- Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and data management best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
- Experience gathering requirements and improving processes with cross-functional stakeholders
