- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience in multi-platform environment (Engineer II) or 5+ years (Engineer III)
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with asynchronous communication tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack
- Ability to analyze and resolve programming and system issues
- Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development familiarity
- Understanding of CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration tools
- RESTful and/or GraphQL API design knowledge
- Software security best practices including OWASP top 10 mitigation
- Wired internet connection (not satellite/cellular) with minimum 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed
