## Required

- 2 years of pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment experience
- Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school
- Active unrestricted pharmacist license in state of practice
- Knowledge of USP <795> and <800>
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Knowledge of recordkeeping and documentation standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

## Nice to have

- Prior experience as Designated Person
- Experience in high-growth or regulated healthcare
- Automated pharmacy dispensing systems experience
- Cross-functional team collaboration background
- Advanced training or certification in compounding or pharmacy quality
